While vendor booths are covered by tents, they are still subject to direct sunlight during parts of the day. We do not provide any amenities to assist with temperature control, and personal umbrellas or additional shading structures are not permitted. Please keep in mind that Texas weather—even in late October—can be unpredictable, with potential for high temperatures and intense sun. If your products are sensitive to heat or direct sunlight, it’s important to plan accordingly before applying.

Preferred Booth Size(Required)

Please indicate your preferred booth size. Vendor fee includes premium tent, power, and lighting unless otherwise requested. Please note that 30-foot booths are granted as space allows at the discretion of Magnolia. Selecting this option does not guarantee your business a larger booth. Note: This year, we will not be offering 10×20 booths. Vendor fee for a 10×10: $2,835. Vendor fee for a 10×30: $8,500. Food truck fee: $2,000 upfront or 10% of sales (Food trucks are required to send their POS reports within 7 days of the end of the event, a $2,000 payment is required upfront prior to the event).

I understand that, if accepted, I will be required to pay the vendor fee as outlined above and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any potential damage or cleaning needs.

I understand that, if accepted, I must hold a Texas Sales and Use Tax certificate to be able to participate as a vendor. Note that this is a free permit available through the state.
